Star Cards 是給大約 2.5 至 6 歲小朋友用的親子認字 App。下面的步驟都在家長閘後面。
家長閘
App 會出一條加法，請算出兩個一位數的和，然後按 OK。和至少是 10，所以只按一個數字不會通過。
主頁右上角的齒輪會先問這條題，然後才進入家長設定。答對後大約 90 秒內，平常的畫面切換可以再用同一次答案。購買、還原購買、付費頁、管理訂閱、條款、私隱，以及刪除本機進度，每一次都會再問。
還原購買
- 在主頁按齒輪，通過家長閘，進入家長設定。
- 按「還原購買」。付費頁上也有同一顆按鈕。
- 再通過一次家長閘。App 會請 Apple 同步這個 Apple ID 的購買（AppStore.sync）。
如果 Apple 找到有效購買，Pro 會開啟。如果沒有，App 會顯示未有購買紀錄。還原失敗時，可以稍後再試。請用當時購買的同一個 Apple ID。
現正發售的是一年 app.yuebun.sikzi.pro.yearly 和一個月 app.yuebun.sikzi.pro.monthly，都會自動續期，沒有試用。舊的終身產品 app.yuebun.sikzi.pro.lifetime 已不再發售；Apple 仍然承認的舊收據，還原後仍然可以開啟 Pro。付費頁寫明：屋企其他人可以在自己的裝置上還原購買。App 本身沒有另一套家庭帳號。
管理或取消訂閱
取消和更改方案都在 Apple，不在我們這裡。我們收不到付款資料，也不能代替你取消。
- 在 App 裡：家長設定或付費頁按「管理訂閱」，再通過家長閘。App 會打開 Apple 的訂閱管理畫面。
- 或者不開啟 App，在 iPhone 上前往：設定 > Apple ID > 訂閱項目。點 Star Cards，然後取消訂閱。
訂閱會一直續期，直到你在那裡取消。刪除本機進度或刪除 App 都不會取消訂閱。
刪除本機進度
- 主頁齒輪、通過家長閘、打開家長設定。
- 按「刪除本機進度」，再答一次家長閘。
這會清除這部裝置上的設定、學習進度和樂園貼紙，然後回到歡迎畫面。它不會取消 Apple 訂閱。清除之後，App 會再問 Apple 這部裝置是否仍有購買。同一個 Apple ID 如果仍然擁有訂閱，Pro 可以再次顯示為已開啟。
從 iPhone 刪除 Star Cards，也會刪除留在這部裝置上的資料。訂閱仍然要在 Apple 的訂閱項目裡另行取消。

Star Cards is a parent-and-child word-card app for children about 2.5 to 6 years old. The steps below sit behind the parent gate.
Parent gate
The app shows an addition sum. Add two single digits, then tap OK. The sum is at least 10, so one digit is never enough.
The gear at the top of the home screen asks this sum before Parent settings open. For about 90 seconds after a correct answer, ordinary screen changes can reuse it. Buying, restoring, the paywall, managing the subscription, terms, privacy, and deleting progress on this device each ask again.
Restore purchases
- On the home screen, tap the gear and pass the parent gate to open Parent settings.
- Tap “Restore purchases”. The same button is on the purchase page.
- Pass the parent gate again. The app asks Apple to sync purchases for this Apple ID (AppStore.sync).
If Apple finds a valid purchase, Pro turns on. If not, the app says there is no purchase to restore. If restore does not finish, try again later. Use the same Apple ID that bought it.
What is for sale now is yearly app.yuebun.sikzi.pro.yearly and monthly app.yuebun.sikzi.pro.monthly. Both renew automatically. There is no trial. The older lifetime product app.yuebun.sikzi.pro.lifetime is no longer for sale. An old receipt that Apple still honours can still turn Pro on after restore. The purchase page says someone else at home can restore the purchase on their own device. The app has no separate family account of its own.
Manage or cancel the subscription
Cancellation and plan changes happen at Apple, not with us. We do not receive payment details, and we cannot cancel for you.
- In the app: in Parent settings or on the purchase page, tap “Manage Subscription”, then pass the parent gate. The app opens Apple’s subscription screen.
- Or, without opening the app, on the iPhone go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Tap Star Cards, then cancel the subscription.
The subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it there. Deleting progress on the device, or deleting the app, does not cancel it.
Delete progress
- Home-screen gear, pass the parent gate, open Parent settings.
- Tap “Delete progress on this device”, then answer the parent gate again.
This clears settings, learning progress, and Playland stickers on this device, then returns to the welcome screen. It does not cancel an Apple subscription. Afterwards the app asks Apple again whether this device still has a purchase. If the same Apple ID still owns the subscription, Pro can show as on again.
Deleting Star Cards from the iPhone also deletes the data kept on that device. The subscription still has to be cancelled separately under Apple’s Subscriptions.
